Quick delivery, all well packaged, love love love that there are always discount codes available on the app. Also love my clothes I ordered of course, they fit beautifully and are so different from other usual websites

Purchased items on the app, really easy to use, came quickly and easy to do returns as well.

I ordered two things from Motel on 15th of April and I still haven’t recieved my package on 3rd of May. In the tracking service it shows that my package was ”released from customs” on 22nd of April and I haven’t gotten any information since about where my package is. Very dissapointed since I was excpecting to wear the clothes at an event last weekend.

Obviously a terrible fast fashion brand.The clothes are EXTREMELY overpriced and the quality is POOR. two stars for really good customer service. I have been refunded when the clothes are faulty. I would avoid this company.

overpriced and my top actually ripped a small hole along seam near neckline after only wearing for few hours, it wasn’t to small as fit perfectly so don’t know how that happened

very fast shipping! i’d say their sizes run a bit differently for different clothing items... but that’s it it was an easy return so i’d recommend the company again

Motel rocks has great clothes. Love soem of there stuff and the returns are okay but delayed - hard to communicate with them sometimes but got my money back. The only problem is there clothes are not designed for girls that are curver. I checked the size chart twice - I know my size and still the trousers wouldn’t go above my thighs and I am not plus size in anyway or traditionally big. I just think they could be more inclusive sizing.

No problems with the brand but you could get better quality stuff for cheaper else where, that being said the clothes I have bought from motel are unique and very flattering

Delivery took forever to get my orderVery Poor.I made my first purchase with this companyItem is totally different than in the picture.I triple-checked my size with the charts they provided, but of the 10 items, I ordered only one fit. All the shirts — which were meant to be oversized, loose-fit style — fit in the body but were squeezing my arms so tight I couldn’t move them properly. All the pants fit me in the legs but were gaping at my waist, far beyond what a belt could fix. I have fairly average proportions so this is very strange. i went onlineI spent literally hours trying to get the help info of the company and finally I found this help ₈ fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ fᵢᵥₑ ₜwₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five the company care team was awesome I got my green dollar back and. I returned the CHEAP LOOKING DRESS BACK TO THE COMPANY absolutely do not recommendThey’ll probably just try and sell it again. First and last purchase with this place. Very disappointed!If you can stay away from this company, I would. Just not worth the headache.

Delivery was quick!! I ordered my clothes on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday so I was very happy about that! The clothes are so nice and good quality. This is my second time ordering from this website and I have not had a single problem.

Both orders arrived fast and without any hassle. Quality of jogging pants was amazing, way, way better than urban outfitters and their iet frans, or topshop. Fit was perfect and true to size.Most negative comments seem to be people who have ordered from a country outside the uk during covid... Or people who haven’t read product details and instead just looked at the picture. They also send you a discount code for at least 20% with each order! ??
